Join The Society
Founded in 1997, the International Society for Travel Writing encourages and fosters the work of scholars, publishers, and practitioners of travel writing. There are currently over 800 members of the ISTW drawn from thirty-five countries around the globe, and we welcome new members who are interested in contributing to the study and practice of travel writing.
Membership Information:
2008 Membership dues are due on December 15th, 2007. New members may join the International Society for Travel Writing at any time. Membership period extends January 1st through December 31st and dues are renewed annually.
Payment Information:
Dues can be paid in most major international currencies either by using our on-line payment system OR by sending a personal check or money order drawn in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.
Members resident in Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Australia, or Antarctica may pay in their local currency, at a rate tied to the pound sterling OR by personal cheque drawn in Pounds Sterling.
Personal checks/cheques are accepted in US dollars or pounds sterling.
